Large file transfers
Up to 400 GB per transfer on paid plans. The recipient gets an email the moment the file is ready.
Simple, secure file sharing — built for people who value their time and their privacy.
— I. Mission
FileSendX makes sending a file as straightforward as sending an email, minus email's size limits and security problems. A transfer should take seconds. It should not involve share permissions, storage quotas, or an interface you have to learn.
The whole product is one workflow: upload a file, type the recipient's email address, click send. They get a secure download link. They don't need an account, and there is nothing to install.
— II. Capabilities
Up to 400 GB per transfer on paid plans. The recipient gets an email the moment the file is ready.
Browser connections use HTTPS/TLS, files are stored in France, and transfer links expire. FileSendX is not end-to-end encrypted.
Add team members, track transfer history, and manage usage across your organization.
— III. Focus
There is no shortage of file sharing tools. FileSendX stays narrow on purpose: it moves your files from A to B, quickly and securely, and stops there. You won't find a document editor or a project board bolted on.
Freelancers deliver final projects with it. Legal teams exchange case files. Agencies move high-resolution assets, and families share photo albums that email would refuse. The gesture never changes: drag, drop, send.
— IV. Enterprise
FileSendX is for teams that move sensitive files and have to account for them. Uploaded file objects are stored in France; the privacy policy separately documents the processors used for payments, abuse prevention, and consent-gated analytics.
Connect Okta, Azure AD, or any SAML 2.0 identity provider. Users sign in with your existing corporate account.
Automatically create, update, and deactivate accounts from your identity provider. No manual offboarding drift.
TOTP-based 2FA with any authenticator app (Google Authenticator, 1Password, Authy, Bitwarden).
Optional one-download links stop authorizing a second download request. Stored bytes enter cleanup after a two-hour delivery grace period; transfer-history metadata remains.
Attach a password to any transfer. The recipient must enter it before the download link will resolve.
File storage is in France, operated by a French company. The privacy policy describes processors and customer responsibilities.
