Auto-provisioning (SCIM).

Your identity provider becomes the source of truth. When someone joins your team, their FileSendX account is created automatically. When they leave, it's removed automatically — and the seat opens up for someone else.

  • New people get access automatically. Add them to the FileSendX group in your IdP, they're in.
  • Profile updates flow through. Name or email changes in your IdP appear on FileSendX without manual sync.
  • Offboarding is instant. When someone leaves your IdP, they lose FileSendX access immediately — no admin checklist to forget.
  • Billing follows headcount. Each new user adds a seat to your subscription with prorated billing; each removal frees one up.
