The Free plan supports one file up to 3 GB per send and 30 GB of transfers per month. Starter raises the per-send limit to 200 GB, and Pro raises it to 400 GB.
Uploaded file objects are stored in France and FileSendX does not replicate them to non-EU storage. Account, payment, abuse-prevention, and consent-gated analytics processing is documented separately in the privacy policy.
FileSendX is operated by a French company, stores uploaded file objects in France, and provides GDPR rights and retention controls. Compliance also depends on how each customer uses the service. The privacy policy lists the service's processors and international-transfer safeguards.
Yes — on every paid plan, starting at €5/month. We speak standards-compliant SAML 2.0 (built on the python3-saml library) so any OASIS-conformant identity provider can connect: Okta, Azure AD / Entra ID, Google Workspace, Keycloak, Auth0, OneLogin, and others. Step-by-step setup guides live in our help center — Okta is live; the others are coming. SCIM 2.0 provisioning is included at the same price.
The file itself is permanently deleted from object storage — cleanup runs every 5 minutes, and burn-after-reading transfers are wiped within 2 hours of the first successful download. Once gone, we can't recover the file; this is deliberate. Your send history keeps a record of the transfer (sender, recipient, dates), without the file.
FileSendX does not antivirus-scan, inspect, analyze, or train AI on uploaded file contents. It processes transfer metadata such as size, filename, recipient, and dates, and restricts uploads by filename extension. Because there is no malware scanning, treat unexpected files with normal caution.
Yes — every payment generates a French invoice with VAT included, downloadable from your billing portal. EU B2B customers can add their VAT number and we'll apply the reverse-charge automatically.
